4. Scheduling, Deposits, and Payments
All appointments are subject to our Appointment Booking Policy, including requirements related to deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows. Failure to comply with scheduling or access requirements may result in additional fees or forfeiture of deposits.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Assessment reports are prepared based on conditions observed at the time of inspection and information provided by the client. Findings are not guarantees of future conditions.
Reports may not be altered, reused, or distributed outside their intended purpose without written consent, except as required by law.
7. Regulatory Reporting
Certain assessment results and records may be required to be retained or disclosed to governmental or public health authorities under Ohio law. Such disclosures are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
