1. General Policy
All payments made for lead risk assessment services are subject to this Refund Policy. By booking or paying for services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Deposits

Deposits, when required, are non-refundable.

Deposits are used to reserve appointment time, administrative preparation, and scheduling resources.

Deposits may be applied toward the total service cost if the appointment is completed as scheduled.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future appointment, at the company’s discretion.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of all deposits and fees paid.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
4. Access Issues and Client-Caused Delays
No refunds will be issued if services cannot be completed due to:

Inability to access the property at the scheduled time

Utilities not being operational when required
-
Unsafe conditions, pets not secured, or work areas not accessible

Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
Such circumstances may be treated as a completed appointment or no-show.
5. Partial Services
If services are partially completed due to client-caused issues, refunds will not be issued. Additional fees may apply to return and complete services.
6. Company-Caused Cancellations
If we must cancel an appointment due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, or circumstances within our control, clients may choose:

A full refund of amounts paid, or

Rescheduling at no additional charge
7. Weather and Force Majeure
Appointments affected by severe weather or events beyond reasonable control may be rescheduled without penalty. Refunds in such cases are issued at the company’s discretion.
8. Dissatisfaction with Results
Refunds are not issued based on:

Disagreement with assessment findings

Test results, regulatory outcomes, or required remediation

Changes in property value or occupancy status
Reports reflect conditions at the time of inspection and are prepared in accordance with applicable regulations.
9. Payment Disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes must be submitted in writing before initiating a dispute with a financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future services.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting or written notice.
